Tool input and processing

The tools in this release process text, tables, images, URLs and color values in your browser. Application code does not send that input to a server, analytics provider or external transformation API. Local workers perform text and data operations; image tools use browser image decoding and export.

Input and results are held in page memory. Reset clears application references; leaving the page also clears the tool state. We do not promise immediate physical memory erasure, and browser extensions or your device may have access outside this application’s control.

Downloads and clipboard

Copy writes to your clipboard only when you choose it. Downloads create a file on your device. Those copies remain under your control after the page is reset or closed. UtilityPilot cannot recall them from your clipboard or downloads folder.

Website delivery

Loading the website sends ordinary requests for pages and assets to the hosting infrastructure. Such requests include network and browser information such as IP address, requested path and user-agent. Tool input is not included in those requests.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

This application does not set cookies, store input in local storage, run session replay or include advertising and analytics scripts. It uses system fonts and processing dependencies bundled with the site. External references are ordinary links; they are not automatically contacted by tool operations. Following one takes you to another site with its own practices.

Reports and contact

The error-report helper builds a report locally. Preparing, copying and downloading it do not submit anything. If you choose to send an email, the report is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email system. Review it before sending and use synthetic data instead of private records. No tool input is automatically attached.

Your choices

Do not provide data you are not authorized to process. You can clear the current tool using Reset, close the page, and delete downloaded copies on your device. Questions and corrections can be prepared through Contact and feedback.

Changes

If advertising, cloud processing, accounts or persistent storage are added, these practices need to be updated before those features are activated. This policy describes the current application, not a guarantee about unrelated sites or browser software.
