Tool limitations and disclaimer
Inspect results before relying on them
These tools perform bounded digital operations. Their output is not a guarantee about the correctness of your underlying material or the behavior of another application. Keep the original and verify the downloaded result in its intended workflow.
Text and data
Word boundaries and sentence counts depend on language segmentation. Case conversion cannot infer every proper name. CSV-to-JSON typing is optional; JSON-to-CSV can lose the distinction between missing and null values. Deduplication discards records according to your chosen matching rule, not their business importance.
Images
Resizing, cropping and lossy conversion can discard information. A compression target may be impossible at the selected dimensions and format. Browser encoders and color-profile handling can differ. Raster exports are not a certified metadata-removal service.
Web and color values
URL parsing does not visit or certify a destination. Removing query fields can break signed links. Base64 is not encryption. HTML entity decoding does not sanitize code for use in another application. A text contrast ratio checks one color pair, not all accessibility requirements.
Report a reproducible problem
If a result differs from the stated method, prepare an error report with a small synthetic input, the expected result and the tool name. Do not include confidential material. The practical guides explain common edge cases before you start.
